These are from their made to measure range... so if you are looking for a vintage inspired dress but in stunning modern silks , go and try some on- there are so many to choose from and they also have an amazing selection of Original Vintage if you prefer something more authentic!
Our Fairytale photo shoot from the stunning Stanhill Court Hotel is now published and available to view via Absolute Magazine (Magazine and online)
Inspired by the beautiful and grey green hues of the British winter countryside and all the
enigmatic ‘Grimm’s Fairytales’ we ever read in our childhoods, we set out to create a visual feast
for the eye with our latest styled photo shoot. Our venue is the wonderful Stanhill Court Hotel,
located just outside of Horley in Surrey . A wonderful and historic setting, the hotel itself is
nestled in 35 acres of ancient woodland and Sussex countryside, playing host to grazing sheep
and wild roaming deer. The building has a long history ,being built in 1881 when it was originally
used as a family residence and now a grand and gorgeous Hotel and Wedding venue.
It was the perfect setting for our Winter Fairytale styled inspiration, the stunning original interiors
with decadent Oak panelling gave our just the right amount of drama and historical kudos to our
photo shoot . We all particularly loved the ‘Bavarian’ feel to the main guest dining room where
our Top table set up was located and we couldn’t help but to dress our table in its influence!.
Our beautiful model Layla was completely in character as our White Queen/Sleeping beauty in
the Antonia Suite where we photographed using the huge window seat area overlooking winter
blooming red roses and part of the extensive gardens as our backdrop - we loved styling her in
cool toned editorial make up and coupling this with the beautiful dresses of Fara Sposa from
Mode Bridal of Hove. The amazing lulalipin.com created some bespoke head dresses specifically
for us and was inspired by frost bitten twigs and woodland nymphs . All of our talented, creative
suppliers came together to entice the future ‘Winter Bride’ into creating a beautiful opulent,
magical Winter Fairy tale Wedding of their very own.
